Vitruvian Park Planning

Vitruvian Park in north Dallas demonstrates the benefits of a performance-based approach to planning pioneered by Kevin Sloan. Typically, the first phases of a multi-use project struggle economically because the context is yet to form. The first two blocks of Vitruvian Park are programmed to offer tenants the life of a resort, especially when taken together with a 17-acre park arranged around a spring-fed water feature.  The planning allows residents the option to walk out one side of the multi-use buildings into urban streets and out the other side into a spring fed park offering activities and views to nature.
